Dr. Amit Sonawane has gained extensive clinical experience through his association with renowned healthcare institutions across India, including KEM Hospital, Mumbai; Sion Hospital, Mumbai; Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai; NKP Salve Institute of Medical Sciences, Nagpur; Bhatia Neuropsychiatric Hospital & The Hermitage Rehab, Amritsar; and MGM Hospital, Navi Mumbai. This diverse training has provided him with expertise in managing a wide range of psychiatric and addiction-related disorders.

He has extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorders, sexual disorders, sleep disorders, eating disorders, child and adolescent mental health problems.

He has a special interest in addiction psychiatry and has received specialized formal training in the treatment of various addictions, including alcohol, cannabis, tobacco, drugs, gambling, and mobile/internet addiction.
